About me

In the legal world, a single error can have significant consequences. I built my career in environments where work had to be perfect, every time. My foundation was laid at Covington & Burling, an AmLaw 50 firm where I navigated the rigorous demands of the litigation practice. I managed the full e-discovery lifecycle, supported high-stakes trial presentations for clients like Meta and Amazon, and even spearheaded the recovery of over 1,800 misplaced client records.

This meticulous, detail-oriented mindset is my baseline. But I soon realized that flawless execution wasn't enough. The processes behind the work were often inefficient.

That's where my "other side" kicks in. I am not just a legal professional; I am a data-driven operations manager. At the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), I didn't just follow the playbook—I rewrote it. I authored and modernized 14 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance data integrity and immediately began automating redundant administrative work. By leveraging Generative AI and Microsoft Macros, I saved my team up to 90 minutes per task, freeing them to focus on work that truly mattered.

This operational approach is always backed by data. At Hertz, I used Tableau to find the hidden story connecting service scores and refueling data, an analysis that spurred a comprehensive revision of the customer service training program.

My B.S. in Legal Studies with a focus on Accounting was the perfect launchpad for this hybrid career. It taught me to understand the exacting demands of legal work while giving me the analytical tools to optimize the processes behind it.

I am a paralegal, a data analyst, and an operations manager. I thrive on creating and refining systems that allow legal teams to focus on their most critical tasks, confident that the data is clean, the process is efficient, and the details are handled.
